BID SHEET

There are three ways to submit your bids:

1. FAX or MAIL
            a) Open bid sheet
            b) Fill in bids & complete form
            c) Print out the bid sheet
d) FAX to (909) 804-0549 (or) mail to:
        4795 Mariposa Dr., San Bernardino, CA 92404, USA

2. Email
            a) Open bid sheet
            b) Click “save” and save Document to your computer
            c) Fill in bids & complete form
            d) Click “save” again
            e) Click “SUBMIT FORM” at bottom of page
            f) Select method of Email you use and submit Email

Philstamps will acknowledge all email bids within 24 hours, by email.
